Common Netflix billing issues

Forgotten subscriptions. Long-running subscriptions at unchanged prices are easy to forget. Check your bank statements for recurring small charges.
Ad-tier upgrades. Automatic upgrades from ad-supported to ad-free tiers happen if ads are removed or the plan changes. Verify your current plan tier.
Extra member charges. Adding extra members to a Netflix household incurs a per-member monthly fee billed to the plan owner.
